Application Settings

Organization-wide settings, available from Admin → Configuration (admin_system role).

Configurable fields​

  • Public application URL (base_url) — used as the reference for every absolute link generated (Azure AD login callback, password reset links, Teams bot endpoint…).
  • Currency (ISO 4217 code, e.g. EUR) — used throughout the AI Cost Tracking tab. Defaults to EUR.
  • Job storage space — which storage space to use for incoming/outgoing analysis documents (see Storage Management).
  • Session token lifetime — 1 to 720 hours, default 12h.
  • Download link lifetime for an annotated document — 1 to 8760 hours (up to a year), default 168h (7 days).
  • Password reset link lifetime — 5 to 1440 minutes, default 30 minutes.

Retention and purging​

  • Job retention period (in days) — beyond this, jobs are automatically anonymized; leave blank to disable automatic purging.
  • A button triggers an immediate manual purge, applied only to the current organization.

A system summary screen also shows global counters (number of users, agents, AI models, jobs).
