Storage Management

Quotas

Each organization has a storage quota based on its plan:

PlanQuota
Free (default)200 MB
Pro2 GB
Business10 GB

The storage plan is changed from the super-administrator console, or by the administrator of the group the organization belongs to (see Organization / Super-Organization) — never by the organization's own administrator.

Usage is computed on demand (no persistent counter) by summing the size of knowledge base documents and job documents stored on a platform-managed space. Only platform-managed storage counts and is billed: an S3 or SharePoint space brought with your own credentials is never counted toward this quota.

What an organization administrator configures

From Admin → Configuration:

  • View current usage (bytes used / quota / plan), read-only.
  • Manage job document storage spaces — only one space can be "active" at a time to receive incoming/outgoing analysis documents; activating a new space triggers an asynchronous migration of existing documents, with progress tracking.
  • Each storage space has a type: platform-managed disk (local, or managed MinIO depending on infrastructure configuration), an S3 bucket (with your own credentials), or a SharePoint site (site URL, target folder, authentication via the Azure SSO app or dedicated credentials).

The same storage space mechanism is also used for knowledge bases (see Managing RAG Storage Spaces) — a "documents" space (jobs) and a "RAG" space (knowledge bases) are two distinct uses, configured separately.
