HocNota Documentation

HocNota is an AI-powered document review platform. It analyzes your Word, PDF, PowerPoint and Excel documents (or a shared Google Docs/Slides link), flags the checks configured by your teams (e.g. spelling mistakes, date inconsistencies, pricing errors...), applies your own business rules, and returns an annotated document — with the AI's comments anchored directly at the right place in the file.

This documentation is organized into three parts:

• Using HocNota — the concepts and features an everyday user or manager encounters: users and teams, AI agents, AI/OCR/embedding models, knowledge bases, pipelines, benchmarking, interceptors, AI cost tracking and usage statistics.
• Building Pipelines — details on every node available in the visual pipeline editor, to build your own analysis chains.
• Account Administration — everything an administrator configures: users and profiles, system settings, Azure AD/Teams connectivity, email, scheduled tasks, AI providers, RAG, MCP connectors and vectors.
